However, to what degree are these progressions affecting the the modern work era? Could ignoring DEI factors have extreme ramifications for the 21st-century workforce? If leaders bolstered DEI factors in the working environment, is it possible that they would get a return on their investment in that employees would be more fulfilled in their jobs which would ultimately lead to improved performance?
