Soft Skills

Soft Skills are important because they show employers the main qualities that will make someone stand out from other people. It lets the interviewer know a little bit more about who the person is and if they will be a good candidate for the job. The ones I chose really reflect who I am and what my priorities are. It is very important to work well in a team and be a dedicated worker. Things will be a challenge but coming together to get the job done is what matters most. Also, keeping a positive attitude and having leadership skills are traits that will make the working environment better for everyone. These are a couple of the many great skills to have when interviewing for a job.
